Path A: The "Designer" Experience (No Experience Needed!)
Ever wanted to say, "I designed this myself"? This path is all about play.
* The Tools: Barbie provides the templates and specialised tools to take the guesswork out of it.
* The Guidance: You’ll be guided step-by-step on how to arrange shapes and colours to create a quilt that is uniquely yours.
* The Result: A one-of-a-kind quilt designed by you, with Barbie’s expert eye helping you every step of the way.
Path B: The "Pattern" Experience
Love Barbie’s specific style? You can choose any quilt pattern from her collection to work on.
* New Designs: Be the first to try one of the five brand-new patterns being released in mid-January!
* The Guidance: Barbie will walk you through the specific tips and tricks for your chosen pattern to ensure you get off to a flying start.
This workshop celebrates the slow, soulful process of hand-stitching. You’ll learn Barbie’s signature "no-stress" techniques:
* Hand Appliqué: Easy methods for beautiful results.
* Big Stitch Hand Quilting: The perfect way to add "wow factor" with simple, bold stitches.
* Complete Support: We go through the entire process—from choosing your first two fabrics to the very last stitch.
“But I’m a beginner!" Perfect! This is the best place to start. Barbie’s teaching style is warm and encouraging. You’ll be amazed at what you can create in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

* When: 7th & 8th February | 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
* Where: Masonic Hall, Bacon Street, Grafton
* Food: We’ll keep you fuelled with delicious morning and afternoon tea. (Bring a packed lunch or pop out to a local café).
* Vibe: Expect music, chatty makers, and a very relaxed weekend.
Spaces are limited to ensure everyone gets plenty of one-on-one time with Barbie.
